SOFT EMBOSSED WIDE WEB HOLOGRAPHY TECHNOLOGY
Soft embossed wide-web holography technology is an innovative method for producing holographic designs on transparent films. It employs advanced wide-web equipment capable of processing films up to 1650 mm in width, ensuring the creation of continuous and flawless holographic patterns. The process begins by embossing intricate designs onto the surface of a transparent film.
The embossing stage utilizes specialized tools to transfer holographic patterns onto the film with precision, maintaining its integrity. Following this, a metallization step applies a thin metal layer, such as aluminum, to the film. This layer amplifies the holographic effect, creating a vibrant, multidimensional appearance that is both durable and visually captivating.
The finished holographic film is of exceptional quality and serves a wide range of uses, including premium packaging, labeling, and decorative applications. Its seamless design provides a sophisticated look, while its inherent security features make it difficult to replicate, offering protection against counterfeiting.
This technology combines state-of-the-art machinery, detailed embossing techniques, and advanced metallization to deliver holographic films that enhance product appeal and safeguard authenticity.
